Nissan Rolls Out Next-Gen Connected Services Across Patrol Lineup in the Middle East
Nissan is redefining the connected driving experience in the Middle East with the rollout of its next-generation Connected Car Services 2.0 (CCS 2.0) across the full Patrol lineup. This includes the highly anticipated all-new Patrol PRO-4X and the exclusive Patrol NISMO edition, further enhancing the region’s most iconic SUV with smarter, more intuitive digital solutions.
MyNissan App: A Smarter Ownership Experience
At the center of this innovation is the MyNissan app, designed to strengthen the bond between driver and vehicle. The Middle East marks the global debut of the MyNissan Ownership feature, offering customers four core services directly from their smartphones:
- Book a service appointment
- Schedule a test drive
- Locate the nearest Nissan dealership
- Explore nearby attractions
By simplifying these essential interactions, Nissan is ensuring that customer-first innovation begins long before the drive starts.
Next-Gen Connected Car Services 2.0
With CCS 2.0, Patrol owners now enjoy an upgraded suite of remote functions and real-time data access. Drivers can remotely:
- Lock or unlock doors
- Check the status of doors, windows, and trunk
- Start the engine and pre-set cabin temperature
- Access live health diagnostics, including updates on battery, oil pressure, tire condition, and airbags
This seamless integration keeps drivers fully in control of their Patrol’s condition and performance anytime, anywhere.
Leadership Perspective
Commenting on the rollout, Thierry Sabbagh, Divisional Vice President and President – Middle East, KSA, CIS – Nissan and INFINITI, said:
“The Middle East continues to play a pivotal role in Nissan’s global innovation journey, and we are proud that the new ownership experience within the MyNissan app made its world debut here. With the all-new Patrol, we have elevated the connected driving experience across every touchpoint, from CCS 2.0 enhancements to expanded app capabilities. Our goal is to unify and simplify how customers interact with their vehicle and with Nissan.”
Google Built-In and Enhanced In-Cabin Connectivity
The Nissan Patrol is the first vehicle in the region to feature Google built-in, offering:
- Google Maps for seamless navigation
- Google Assistant for voice-controlled functions
- Google Play for apps and services
All accessible through the SUV’s 28.6-inch Monolith display with embedded internet connectivity for continuous updates.
In addition, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto ensure drivers stay connected safely and conveniently.
Regional Rollout and Future Expansion
The upgraded connected services are now live across all Patrol models in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, with plans to expand to other models and countries as part of Nissan’s broader digital transformation strategy.
The complete Patrol lineup — including the all-new Patrol PRO-4X and Middle East-exclusive Patrol NISMO — is now available through Nissan’s official partner network across the region.
