BMW Motorrad has once again raised the bar in the world of high-performance motorcycles with the reveal of the BMW R 1300 R “TITAN” — a custom-built sprint racer that fuses engineering mastery, raw power, and aesthetic aggression into a one-of-a-kind machine.
Born from passion, innovation, and an obsession with motorsports, this project was brought to life by a small yet exceptionally talented team of BMW Motorrad engineers and designers. The “TITAN” is more than just a motorcycle — it is a handcrafted symbol of BMW's commitment to speed, design, and excellence.

The BMW R 1300 R “TITAN” takes the visual DNA of the standard R 1300 R and stretches it to the extreme — both in aggression and aerodynamic form. The body is tightly contoured around the iconic 1300cc boxer engine, creating a compact and muscular silhouette that appears to crouch like a predator ready to pounce.
Visually, the design shifts weight forward, pressing over the front wheel for optimal launch control during sprint races. The monocoque structure, inspired by classic race bikes, and exaggerated air duct panels extend the assertive energy of the production bike into pure race-ready form.

At the heart of the “TITAN” is the renowned 1300cc boxer engine from the BMW R 1300 R — known for its precision, torque delivery, and unmistakable sound. But this beast is far from stock.

The custom livery of the TITAN feels as futuristic as it is athletic — a perfect fusion of function and form that emphasizes every performance-enhancing element of the bike’s construction.
